It's Been A Little Crazy

Well, I'm getting back into the swing of things here at work. I mean MAJORLY getting into the swing of things. Over the last couple of weeks ticket development has exploded, and I can barely see the light of day. So, I will post as I can, but right now I'm trying to climb out from under this mountain on my desk. I have affectionately named this mountain "The Mess that is Merona." Prayers for sanity would be appreciated! Hope to see you guys soon!
